Riding Lessons and Horse Camps
At Edelweiss Ranch we offer a complete equestrian ranch experience. Lessons are provided by Sunset Riding Lessons in the covered arena and offered 7 days a week by appointment. We specialize in beginner riders. Lessons include education about safety around horses, equine grooming, tacking, feeding and stabling. Students are also taught horse anatomy, health care, behavior and body language. Education is centered around proper horsemanship. Lessons are offered to children 7 years old and up.
Lesson Prices
$45 for 1 hour of riding
$55 for 1 hour of riding and 1 hour of grooming, tacking and untacking
Horse Camp
Horse Camps are offered during Winter Break, Spring Break and Summer Vacation for children 7 - 13 years old

Two sessions available:
9:00am - 12:30pm
1:00pm - 4:30pm
Camp Prices:
$75/session or $325 for the full week
Parents Time Out Program
New program offered this year. Children can stay at the ranch, play with goats, collect eggs, ride the canoe, catch little fish and frogs in the creeks and pond or play in the garden. Appointments scheduled in the evening can include a campfire and s'mores.
$ 30/hour by appointment, less for multiple children scheduled for the same time.
